Tire Inside Paint Agent:

Composition: Grey-black emulsion of reactive silicone polymer

Appearance: Gray-black liquid

pH: 8~11

Tire Outside Paint Agent:

Composition: Aqueous suspension of filler, polymer and surfactant

Appearance: Black, medium viscosity suspension

Dry content, (10 5°C, 4h): (15.0~19.0)%

PH: 6.0~8.0

Description of TIRE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE PAINT AGENT

Tire Inside Paint Agent:

Inside Tire paint agent is inside tire demolding agent without fillers. It contains reactive silicone polymer. This product can provide good sliding performance between the bladder and the green tire and demoulding performance after vulcanization. Green Tire In-Spray has good exhaust performance despite being filler-free. After vulcanization, the inside of the tire is bright and smooth, and the inner liner will not have the common negative effects of silicone oil products. This product is used in small amounts, dries quickly, and is ready for use.

Tire Outside Paint Agent:

Tire outside Paint Agent is a water-based tire spray liquid with rubber adhesion. It is a liquid product sprayed on the outer surface of the tire embryo before the tire vulcanization process. It can generate adhesion at the joint of the tire embryo, so it does not affect the adhesion between the rubber at the joint of the tire embryo. Tire outside Paint Agent is not easy to contaminate the mold, which extends the service life of the mold. It can provide good exhaust and mold fluidity, so it can reduce tire vulcanization defects. This product can be brushed or sprayed directly, with a small amount and fast drying.Tire outside Paint Agent does not contain organic solvents. If used correctly, the liquid in the spray gun will not clog the gun hole.

Usage of  TIRE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE PAINT AGENT

Tire Inside Paint Agent:

Green tire spray liquid SIP-95WM can be diluted with water and sprayed on the inner surface of the green tire with an atomizer or airless spray device. It will not produce precipitation when used, but it is recommended to stir it slightly. 

Tire Outside Paint Agent:

Green tire external spray liquid  can be used directly or diluted with water, and can be applied to the tire surface by brush or air atomizing spray gun.

It is recommended to lightly stir the product before use or lay the packaging barrel flat, and gently roll or shake it (make sure the packaging barrel lid is sealed).

Brush: Brush (size and material depend on ease of use).

Recommended spraying conditions:

Nozzle material: stainless steel

Nozzle size: 0.8 ~ 1.5 mm

Material pressure: 1.5 ~ 3.5 bar

Air pressure: 2.5 ~ 6.0 bar

After a long production stoppage or shift change interval, the spray gun should be flushed with gasoline or high-pressure water before use to prevent the spray liquid drying film from clogging the nozzle. The product container or packaging barrel should be sealed immediately after use to avoid water loss and affect stability.
