For Rubber hoses, generally consist of a minimum of three layers:
A seamless synthetic rubber tube which combining with Polybutadiene Rubber, Styene Butadiene Rubber, Butyl Rubber and Nitrile rubber.
One or more layers of Reinforcement Materials mainly including: Hose wire, Dipped Polyester yarns, Polyester tyre cord fabric, Square Woven Fabric (narrow width), steel cord etc. The inner tube is designed to withstand the attack of the fluid that passes through it. The braided or spiraled layers determine the strength of the hose.
An outer cover: is designed to withstand external abuse and contains identification markings.
